Social Services Director Requirements:

Minimum of one year experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, mental health, healthcare, or human services. Strong communication, documentation, and resident support skills. Ability to work collaboratively with nurses, psychologists, psychiatrists, and healthcare professionals.

Provide emotional, psychological, rehabilitation, and resident support services under the direction of nursing and medical staff.
