Duties Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of social service programs tailored to individuals with developmental disabilities. Supervise and mentor social work staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery and professional growth. Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to meet client needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, community organizations, and healthcare providers to promote collaborative care. Oversee compliance with all regulatory requirements, policies, and best practices related to behavioral health and social services. Coordinate behavioral health interventions and support services that enhance client outcomes. Manage administrative tasks including documentation, reporting, and maintaining accurate client records. Experience Proven management experience leading social services or related programs within a healthcare or community organization. Extensive background in program development and program management for individuals with developmental disabilities. Demonstrated supervisory experience with staff supervision, training, and performance evaluations. Strong working knowledge of social work principles, behavioral health practices, and client advocacy. Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and administrative oversight. Familiarity with relationship management strategies involving clients, families, and community partners.
