Are you a compassionate, licensed social worker ready to make a meaningful impact? Join our dedicated team as a Director of Social Services serving our 66-bed Skilled Nursing Unit , with additional support provided to our Assisted Living community. What You'll Do Lead and manage social services for residents in a skilled nursing and Assosted Living setting Discharge planning, Care Planning, and Social Service Assesments Assist Business Office with medicaid applications and redeterminations Provide guidance, advocacy, and emotional support to residents and families Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident care and quality of life Extend support services to our assisted living residents as needed What We're Looking For Active Social Worker License in the State of New Jersey (required) Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Passion for improving the lives of seniors in a healthcare setting What We Offer Competitive salary up to $88,000 (based on experience) Comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Long-term disability coverage Generous paid time off 401k plan with match Join Our Team If you're looking for a rewarding leadership role where your expertise and compassion truly make a difference, we'd love to hear from you!
