This role is vital in ensuring that clients receive comprehensive, person-centered support that promotes independence, well-being, and community integration. The ideal candidate will bring energetic leadership, a passion for social work, and a strategic mindset to foster positive outcomes for those we serve. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive program excellence while maintaining strong relationships with clients, families, staff, and community partners. Responsibilities Lead the planning, development, and evaluation of social services programs tailored to individuals with developmental disabilities. Supervise and mentor social work staff and program coordinators to ensure high-quality service delivery. Manage program budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure compliance with funding requirements and organizational policies. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, community agencies, and healthcare providers to promote collaborative care. Oversee case management processes, ensuring individualized service plans are created and effectively implemented. Develop new initiatives to expand services and improve client outcomes through innovative program development. Ensure all staff adhere to regulatory standards, ethical practices, and organizational guidelines related to behavioral health and social services. Experience Proven management experience leading social services or program teams within a healthcare or community-based setting. Extensive background working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs. Demonstrated success in program development, implementation, and evaluation. Strong administrative skills including budgeting, documentation, and compliance management. Supervising experience with a focus on staff development and performance management. Knowledge of social work principles combined with hands-on experience in case management or direct client support. Ability to build effective relationships across diverse stakeholders while maintaining a client-centered approach.
