Resident Advocate (Social Services) Highland Manor of Mesquite - Mesquite, Nevada Highland Manor of Mesquite is seeking a Resident Advocate (Social Services) to join our leadership team. We are a 4-Star skilled nursing facility located in the heart of Mesquite, Nevada — where relationships matter, leadership is stable, and quality care is the standard. This position serves as the advocate for our residents while overseeing core social services responsibilities within our skilled nursing facility. Position Overview The Resident Advocate (Social Services) ensures the psychosocial needs of residents are met while coordinating discharge planning, grievance processes, and interdisciplinary communication. This role directly supports resident rights, quality of life, and regulatory compliance.
