• Full-time The Director of Social Services is responsible for overseeing tenant engagement, housing stability, and overall building operations within a supportive housing environment.

We require an LCSW(Licensed Clinical Social Worker) Key Responsibilities Coordinate move-ins, welcome tenants, and ensure a smooth transition into the building Assist tenants in adjusting to the neighborhood, including connecting them to schools, childcare, and community resources Provide ongoing social services support to promote long-term housing stability Manage lease renewals, voucher recertifications, and subsidy-related processes Lead rent collection efforts through direct tenant engagement and payment planning Work closely with leasing, maintenance, and management teams to ensure smooth operations Coordinate with agencies such as HRA and HPD to resolve tenant, compliance, and subsidy matters Address tenant concerns, conduct investigations, and support compliance and enforcement actions as needed This is a hands-on, results-driven position requiring strong follow-through, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Pay:
