Job Description

Lead the Future of Ohio Youth as the Executive Director of Care Management at Coleman Health Services. Join us as the Executive Director of Care Management, where you will lead a Care Coordination management team that drives positive changes in the lives of youth and families within our community. Executive Director of Care Management:
Provide strategic oversight of OhioRISE care coordination services, centered on high-fidelity wraparound principles. Effective leadership of a Care Coordination management team that ensures high-quality staff performance and growth. Actively develop and collaborate with child-serving systems and behavioral health providers at a local and state level. Initiate quality improvement initiatives that align with OhioRISE program requirements. Operational oversight of the county's office. Qualifications of a
Successful Executive Director of Care Management :
Master's Degree in a mental health-related field. Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience in community-based services. Minimum of 3 years of experience in children's mental health or related public sectors, providing community-based services to children, youth, families, or caregivers. Maintain an outstanding driving record. Must have an NPI and Ohio Medicaid number.
