Director of Social Services

AristaCare at East Falls is seeking a Director of Social Services to lead the Social Services Department within the facility. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing psychosocial services, discharge planning, resident advocacy, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate understands the long-term care environment and can balance documentation, family communication, and resident-centered care within a skilled nursing setting.
