Branch Director

Under the supervision of the CEO, the Branch Director will manage and maintain the total operation of the Moshannon Valley YMCA Branch. This includes but is not limited to marketing, programs, facilities, volunteer and staff development, financial development, fundraising, and community relationships and collaborations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in human services, social services, business or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years in a YMCA leadership role managing an operating budget of at least $1 mil. Ability to direct total operations through volunteer development, supervision of staff, development and monitoring of branch budget, marketing and public relations, and program development. Experience in management and development of volunteer involvement; ability to recruit top community leaders. Proven track record of developing authentic relationships with others. Ability to establish and maintain collaborations with community organizations.
