Responsibilities Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of social service programs tailored to individuals with psychiatric patients. Supervise and support a team of social workers, case managers, and support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery. Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet client needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, community partners, and stakeholders to foster collaboration and trust. Oversee compliance with all regulatory requirements, licensing standards, and organizational policies.
