This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for advancing innovative approaches to delivering quality services for children with special health care needs, adults with disabilities and seniors to age in place with dignity. About the Role The Manager of Health, Wellbeing and Independence will provide leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for programs serving children/families with special health care needs, adults with disabilities and seniors. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, strong community partnerships, and measurable outcomes aligned with Waypoint's mission and values. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, manage program performance, and play a key role in informing/shaping regional strategies to address needs for the populations served.
