Job Description
Position Overview:
Team members provide safety assessments and case management, counseling, and supportive services to abused, neglected and/or dependent children and their families. Our team works closely with our strong community partners. Team members ensure child safety, permanency, and the well-being of families. Our team members are highly adaptable to change, flexible, and creative to meet multiple deadlines and want to make a difference in the lives of children and families in Sandusky County. Minimum Qualifications:
Team members must have at least an associates degree in a human services related field and must obtain a bachelor's degree in in a related field within 5 years of employment. Team members must pass a criminal background check, driving check, drug screen, and reference check. Team members must have a valid Driver's License. Team members must complete a county application to be considered for employment. Resumes may be attached but will not be considered without application.

8 hour shift. After 6 months can shift to a 4 day week, 10 hour shifts. This also includes availability of scheduled remote work.
Education:
Associate minimum. Bachelor's Degree within 5 years.
Work Location:
In person, in office, in the field. Remote, hybrid after 6 months.
