Full Job Description Schedule/Hours:
Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Exempt (40 hours per week) This position is responsible for: Supervising the day-to-day operations and staff providing case management and substance use treatment services, supervising client intake, counseling clients and reviewing all client assessments and individual action plans, building and maintaining effective working relationships with community agencies. Responsible for CARF accreditation implementation, clinical chart audits, oversight or CARF standards. Will assist in the process of billing for all services rendered as applicable to contracts and sliding fee scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervises and monitors the day-t0-day activities of the IOP program. Supervises program staff responsible for providing case management, social services, and substance treatment services. Instructs and trains employees in the proper methods and procedures for conduction work as well as monitors work of employees. Reviews, monitors and implements program policy and procedure; administers program in compliance with budget constraints. Develops and maintains a database of key services providers including healthcare, mental healthcare, substance use treatment and/or aftercare services, etc. in order to facilitate the referral process. Assumes limited direct practice caseload; reviews case assessments for each clients including a personalized action plan. Prepares and maintains statistical records on all services provided. Performs recordkeeping duties to ensure all expenditures are properly recorded and submitted. Interviews applicants to determine program enrollment eligibility.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Ability to effectively and efficiently work on multiple cases at the same time without becoming frustrated or disorganized. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing. Ability to think clearly and quickly in order to maintain control of client caseload. Work is performed in a normal office environment where there are little or no physical discomforts associated with changes in weather or discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt, and the like. Work involves driving a vehicle to off-site meetings where there may be physical discomforts associated with changes in weather or discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt, and the like.

Licensed in Counseling, Social Work, or Substance Use or Licensed track; Valid State Driver License; CPR and First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain within established timeframe).
