Our mission is to support foster families and youth through comprehensive case management, therapeutic support, and individualized services that promote safety, permanency, and well-being. We are seeking an experienced and qualified Treatment Director / Treatment Services Director to oversee treatment services and ensure compliance with Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) Minimum Standards for Child-Placing Agencies (Chapter 749) . Position Summary The Treatment Director is responsible for overseeing the development, coordination, and implementation of treatment services for children placed in foster homes supervised by All Kids First. This position ensures compliance with HHSC Minimum Standards, supports foster families and staff, and ensures youth receive appropriate therapeutic and behavioral services. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesClinical and Treatment Oversight Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized treatment and service plans for youth in care. Ensure services align with trauma-informed care principles and the child's service level (Basic, Moderate, Specialized, or Intense). Provide clinical consultation and guidance to case managers, foster parents, and agency leadership. Monitor behavioral trends and ensure appropriate interventions, crisis planning, and stabilization supports. Participate in service planning meetings, staffing, and multidisciplinary team meetings. Compliance and Licensing Ensure agency compliance with Texas HHSC Minimum Standards (Chapter 749) and Residential Child Care Contract requirements. Maintain documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and service coordination in compliance with state regulations. Staff Leadership and Supervision Provide supervision, consultation, and guidance to case management staff regarding treatment planning. Assist in staff training related to trauma-informed care, behavior intervention, and treatment services. Support foster parents in managing complex behavioral and emotional needs of youth. Coordination and Collaboration Coordinate with therapists, psychiatrists, CPS/SSCC staff, schools, and community providers. Ensure continuity of care and access to appropriate mental health and support services. Support placement stability and crisis prevention strategies.
Education:
Must meet Texas HHSC Minimum Standards for Treatment Director (Chapter 749), typically including: One of the following: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Human Services, or related field OR Licensed Clinical Professional (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist) preferred
Experience:
Minimum 2-5 years of experience working with children in foster care, residential treatment, or child-placing agency services Experience with trauma-informed care, behavioral intervention, and treatment planning Experience supervising staff preferred Licensure (Preferred but not always required): LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, or equivalent preferred
Other Requirements:
Knowledge of Texas HHSC and DFPS regulations Strong leadership, documentation, and communication skills Ability to work with diverse populations and high-needs youth Valid Texas driver's license and ability to travel locally Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working in a Child Placing Agency (CPA) Experience with SSCC providers Experience with Exceptional Care (EC) services and higher service levels Supervisory experience in foster care or residential care

$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
