This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, organization, teamwork, and helping create safe and welcoming living environments. The Housing Support Staff will work both remotely and on-site at apartment locations throughout the community while coordinating closely with the Housing Supervisor. Responsibilities Assist with apartment setup, furniture assembly, and housing preparation Clean, inspect, and prepare units prior to occupancy Complete forms related to housing prep, inspections, and safety compliance Transport supplies and equipment to apartment sites Coordinate deliveries and apartment setup needs Report damages, infestations, maintenance concerns, or safety issues immediately Follow company safety procedures and infection control standards Maintain accurate documentation and scan/file apartment-related forms digitally Clock in and out using company timekeeping systems with detailed notes Respond to company emails and communication within 24 hours Coordinate daily tasks with supervisors and communicate scheduling updates promptly Perform additional duties assigned within the scope of the position Preferred Skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Self-motivated with the ability to problem-solve independently Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment Experience in housing support, property preparation, maintenance assistance, or social services is a plus Additional Information All positions at 3R's are subject to a 90-day probationary period. Staff will receive supervision and performance reviews during this period to evaluate long-term placement suitability.
