Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain consumer records, case files, and service documentation. Assist with intake, referrals, and onboarding of new consumers. Coordinate appointments, meetings, trainings, and community activities. Support service planning and person-centered goals. Prepare reports, correspondence, and administrative documentation. Track authorizations, assessments, and renewal deadlines. Support quality assurance and compliance activities. Attend community meetings and field visits as assigned. Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Education RequirementsMasters Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Sociology, Public Administration, Counseling, Social Services, or a related field.

Experience RequirementsMinimum two (2) years of administrative experience in social services, healthcare, developmental disabilities, behavioral health, education, or a related field. Supervisory experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesStrong organizational, communication, documentation, problem-solving, and computer skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining professionalism.

Required ClearancesDOJ Background Clearance, Valid California Drivers License, Proof of Auto Insurance, CPR/First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain), and Mandated Reporter Training.
