Salus Homecare is a leading healthcare organization that provides Home Health, Hospice, Palliative, and Private Duty Care. Our Patients come first and our employees are our most important asset! Our team is in need of a Hospice Community Liaison for Riverside County! Our ideal candidate will have an established referral source(s) in the area and built relationships in the community! If you have worked in a sales capacity for Home Health, Hospice, Homecare, Medical Device, Pharmaceuticals, etc we would like to talk to you! Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Hospice Community Liaison to serve as a vital link between our hospice services and the community. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with a deep understanding of healthcare, palliative care, and community outreach. As a Hospice Community Liaison, you will promote our hospice programs, build relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations, and ensure patients and families receive comprehensive support during their end-of-life journey. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference while demonstrating leadership in a dynamic healthcare environment. Responsibilities Develop and implement outreach strategies to educate the community about hospice services and benefits. Establish and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, nursing homes, and community organizations to facilitate patient referrals. Conduct informational sessions to explain hospice care options Negotiate agreements and coordinate with external partners to enhance service delivery and expand program reach. Analyze referral patterns, community needs, and market trends to identify opportunities for program growth. Lead efforts in organizing community events, health fairs, and educational seminars to raise awareness of hospice care. Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently while maintaining detailed documentation of outreach activities. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development within healthcare or medical sales environments. Strong negotiation skills coupled with expertise in B2B sales strategies. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and empathetically. Demonstrated leadership qualities with experience in outside sales or community engagement roles. Familiarity with medical terminology, palliative care concepts, and healthcare regulations is preferred. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple accounts. Knowledge of pharmaceutical or medical product sales is advantageous but not mandatory; a commitment to customer service excellence is essential. Pay:
$100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
