This role is to focus on bringing in Private Duty referrals.

The Company:

Part of an established Home Care franchise with around 20 locations in Florida. Provide Private Duty Home Care, Medicaid and VA Established for 5 years Strong office team that deal with new admissions efficiently The role: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote the Home Care service in Orange & Lake Counties Ensure the company and brand name is always out there within the county Create compelling marketing collateral and digital content to showcase our commitment to exceptional care Plan and coordinate community events to raise awareness and engagement with our services Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with the company's mission and values Conduct market research and develop effective marketing strategies to increase engagement Required competencies: Previous Sales/Marketing experience in Home Care or Home Health Care Private Duty Home Care experience is desirable Confident and outgoing Relationship builder Book of Business in Orange County/Lake County is preferable Self-sufficient Ability to work towards targets
