GA Services Area/Programs:
Crisp DD Day Center Description of Duties :
(Cordele, GA) Supervise Individuals on job site. Assist with needs as outlined in the ISP. Complete routes/transportation as needed. Promote a safe learning environment. Work with a group when applicable Document and track progress made throughout the day. Complete training as it is assigned.
Qualifications :
High School Diploma/GED AND one year experience providing social or direct care services to groups of special needs individuals in a human service setting OR associate degree in a related field OR one year experience at the lower level or position equivalent (SSS010). Valid Georgia driver's license is also required
Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in a related field. 1 year experience in a social services setting Agency is an eligible worksite for the VA Education Benefit Program (Veterans) Agency is an eligible work site for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program . Middle Flint Health & Wellness services the following 11 counties: Webster, Marion, Sumter, Schley, Taylor, Crisp, Dooly, Macon, Houston, Peach and Crawford. Middle Flint Health & Wellness is a Drug Free Workplace. Current Middle Flint applications should be filled out carefully and completely. ENTRY SALARY
