Job Description
Crisis Diversion Services Transition Specialist - This position is embedded within a local jail setting. Transition Specialists will provide behavioral health support to individuals who are incarcerated or at risk of re-incarceration with partnering county jails and law enforcement agencies. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience in the human services field is required.
