Job Description

We are seeking a Housing Specialist to support affordable housing programs and assist applicants, residents, and community members throughout the eligibility and housing process.
Responsibilities:
Process applications for affordable housing programsVerify eligibility documentationConduct annual recertifications and interim reviewsMaintain compliance with HUD and program regulationsProvide excellent customer service to residents and applicantsMaintain accurate case files and database recordsCoordinate with landlords, residents, and community partnersAssist with housing program reporting and audits
