The Volunteer Coordinator, under the direction of the Hospice Manager, is responsible for the screening, recruitment and training of prospective volunteers for all settings and position descriptions and is responsible for the assignment and ongoing supervision of all volunteers.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Currently enrolled in or have completed a post-secondary education program in related field; OR (see experience).Experience:
Three (3) years of management or supervision experience.Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Wisconsin Background Study upon hire and renewed per Wisconsin state law.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience.Experience:
In administration and supervision of volunteers preferred. Experience as a Hospice Volunteer preferred.Licensure/Certification/Registration:
