CoxHealth Job Description:
Coordinates the activities of volunteers to provide an atmosphere of excellent customer service with a high degree of professionalism; to promote the mission of the Auxiliary, Volunteer Services and the hospital; and to meet the goals of the organization.

High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in a
Related Field Experience:
Required:
1-2 years related experience
Preferred:
2-4 years managerial/supervisory experience
Skills:
Have public speaking skills to represent CoxHealth volunteers at community events and recruit new volunteers from the community; conduct training sessions and represent the volunteer services profession at professional meetings, on boards and on community committees. Absolutely must be able to effectively communicate with volunteers from ages 15 through adult. Must possess tact and diplomatic skills for counseling and resolving conflicts. Must have good time management and computer skills to coordinate programs, input paperwork and manage the volunteer flow for up to 100 people per year.
