Through a wide range of programs and services, we strengthen communities and create opportunities for success. Position Summary The Community Support Specialist•CSBG ASPIRE
Program provides direct support and service coordination to individuals and families working toward self-sufficiency. This position is responsible for developing and implementing individualized service plans, connecting participants to community resources, and ensuring compliance with program requirements and professional standards. Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop individualized service plans Connect participants to community resources and services Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure compliance Provide advocacy, crisis support, and skill-building activities Coordinate services with staff and community partners Monitor participant progress and update plans as neededMinimum Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or related fieldExperience:
2 years of experience in case management, community support, or social services preferred Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
