We are looking for someone who has strong written and oral communication, is organized, a creative thinker, and positive attitude. A Housing Coordinator is responsible for certifying housing programs, participating in and organizing annual state certifications, providing support to teams, and ensuring a system of accountability and quality services within sub-contractor Home Care Provider and 521 program settings. A successful candidate must be able to work well in various communities with professionals, persons served, families, and other service providers. The Housing Coordinator must have the ability to exercise reasonable judgment in developing a residential placement for persons served and have the ability to professionally manage crises. S/he must be dependable and committed to assisting persons served to participate in a self-determined quality of life within the community while ensuring operations are consistent with State regulations and Agency policies and procedures.
