Job Summary:

Determine eligibility for Programs including interviewing, customers face-to-face or by telephone in Agency of Community site. Performing follow-up case changes. Handling sensitive information in compliance with HIPPA and Confidentiality laws. Servicing residents in a timely and efficient manner ensuring accuracy of benefit distributions. Responsibilities Utilizing DSS computer systems to obtain and enter customer information. Communicate with customers (written and verbal) Determine eligibility for Programs Request, review and process documents. Please be advised, all Monmouth County positions are on site.
