Job Description

The Opportunity Description Make a Difference Every Day. We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and resourceful Resident Service Coordinator to join our team in Buffalo, NY. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping residents maintain stable housing, access community resources, and improve their overall quality of life. As the Resident Service Coordinator, you will serve as a vital link between residents and supportive services, helping individuals and families connect with programs that promote independence, wellness, and community engagement. $24.00 - $26.00 per Hour Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM What You'll Do Assess resident needs and connect residents with appropriate community resources and supportive services Develop and maintain relationships with local service providers, healthcare organizations, and community agencies Coordinate educational, social, wellness, and enrichment programs for residents Assist residents with accessing benefits, transportation, healthcare, employment, and other support services Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation of resident interactions and program participation Advocate for residents while promoting housing stability and self-sufficiency Experience Required for Your Success What We're Looking For Previous experience in social services, human services, community outreach, case management, affordable housing, senior services, or a related field Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build trust and establish positive relationships with diverse populations Excellent organizational and administrative skills Experience coordinating programs, services, or community partnerships Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic recordkeeping systems Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Gerontology, Psychology, Sociology, or related field Experience working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, or affordable housing communities Knowledge of local community resources and support programs Compensation & Benefits $24.00 - $26.00 per hour Monday-Friday schedule with work-life balance Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Employee Assistance Program Professional Development Opportunities Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of residents Why Join Us?
