Job Description

Senior Community Residence Counselor - OMH Programs Full-time position Sunday-Thursday Requires one evening shift per week (3:30 PM-11:00 PM); one weekend shift (11:00 AM-6:30 PM); remaining shifts are 10:30 AM-6:00 PM with a 30-minute break.
Salary:
$29.71/hour (non-exempt)

CEC is designed to enhance and promote the integration of medical and behavioral health disciplines to improve patients' outcomes. In this role as a Senior Community Residence Counselor, you will: Ensure quality services are provided to each person supported through person-centered planning and maximize opportunities for integration with the community. Assist the Supervisor in monitoring and documenting the delivery of all services. Implementation of person supported behavioral support plans/strategies and documentation of person supported behaviors. Participate in the departmental on-call system including remaining on-call for the work week and participate in the weekend on-call system. Assist in the development and monitoring of staffing plans to ensure each person's health and safety, including the possibility of providing direct care when necessary And more!
