Peer Support Specialist (Part-Time)Starting at $21/hour | Flexible Schedule | Make a Difference Every Day Have you overcome substance use challenges and want to use your recovery journey to help others find hope and healing? We are seeking compassionate, dependable individuals with lived recovery experience to join our team as Peer Support Specialists . Your personal experience can be a powerful tool in helping others navigate mental health and substance use challenges. Why Join Our Team? ✅ Starting pay of $21/hour (compensation based on experience) ✅ Flexible part-time schedule ✅ Meaningful work that positively impacts lives and communities ✅ Certification assistance available for eligible applicants What You'll Do Provide peer support, encouragement, and mentorship Build trusting relationships with individuals in recovery or facing a mental health challenge Share recovery tools, coping strategies, and community resources Support individuals in achieving their personal recovery goals Promote hope, resilience, and self-advocacy Collaborate with behavioral health and recovery professionals Qualifications Personal lived experience with substance use recovery and/or mental health challenges Passion for helping others succeed in their recovery journey Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries Peer certification preferred but not required We Value Lived Experience We recognize that recovery creates unique strengths, insights, and skills that can inspire others.
