Job Description

Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Clinical Liaison to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between healthcare providers and our organization, ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care. This role requires a blend of clinical knowledge, territory sales experience, and exceptional communication skills to effectively represent our services and foster strong relationships with medical professionals. Duties Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, including physicians, hospitals, and clinics. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase our services and solutions. Negotiate agreements and contracts with potential clients to expand our market presence. Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on account management and growth opportunities. Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any concerns or questions regarding our services. Organize and participate in community outreach programs to promote awareness of our offerings. Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients using office software such as Word. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.

Physical Requirements:
Requires ability to kneel, squat, reach, twist, climb, walk, exposure to temperature and humidity changes and ability to lift 25 - 50 pounds. Must possess sight/hearing senses or use appropriate adaptive devices that will enable senses to function at a level required to meet the essential duties of the position. Must provide evidence of annual TB test and other state-required tests or examinations.
Mental Requirements:
Must be able to work independently, make judgments based on assessments and data available and act accordingly. Must be flexible, innovative and possess good interpersonal skills. Working Conditions:
Be able to tolerate exposure to elements including, but not limited to, odors, blood, body fluids and excrements, adverse environmental conditions and hazardous materials.
Transportation:
Must have a current valid driver's license, auto liability insurance and reliable transportation.
Essential Functions:
Participates in developing and ordering marketing materials to include marketing informational hand-outs, educational slides, and branded marketing promotional materials. Contributes one social media post per week - Meet the team on Mondays. Identifies needed support of liaison team during weekly marketing meetings. Attend and participate in weekly marketing meetings. Work with supervisor on proper use of brand/logo on all necessary Dynamic Wound Care documents and items. Identify opportunities to secure testimonials, pictures, videos, etc. for social media. Work with supervisor on proper use of collected materials. Work with the team to identify patients to secure google reviews from, with a goal of no less than 4 a month. Participates and attend local networking events to include Chamber of Commerce, Mix & Mingle, Networking Plus, Breakfast Club, BNI, Oklahoma Hospice and Palliative Care Association, Case Manager Association or any other groups identified by Dynamic as being beneficial. The goal of attendance is to cultivate new accounts / potential referring partners. Review with supervisor weekly during one-on-one meetings. Identify and communicate any needed marketing materials/supplies and communicate to supervisor. Identify local organizations to volunteer with and gain support from Dynamic Wound Care Staff. Identify newsworthy stories and submit PSA's to local news agencies with the approval of supervisor. Serves as a role model for all colleagues by setting an example of high standards in dress, conduct, cooperation, and job performance. Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient related information. Accepts responsibility for regular attendance and punctuality and fulfills job requirements during scheduled working hours. Attends weekly one-on-ones with supervisor. Develops a cooperative relationship and communicates effectively and professionally with all staff. Immediately report any accident, incident, lost articles, or unusual occurrence to your supervisor. Submits expense reports promptly, being diligent to assigned budget unless otherwise approved by Administrator. Monitors equipment for appropriate use and takes steps to keep misuse to a minimum. Ensures that all necessary marketing supplies are stocked and available, auditing twice a month. Staple items that should stay stocked include pens, post its and branded folders. Administrative Support of office tasks include but are not limited to taking out trash nightly, stock kitchen to include coffee supplies and refrigerated items, breakdown boxes as needed, shredding papers as needed and assist team in other areas as requested.
