Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between the company and the community to build and maintain relationships
• Identify and engage with potential clients and partners in the community
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify business development opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for expanding the company's presence in the community
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns
• Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
• Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track client interactions and sales activities

Skills:

• Strong account management and sales skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience in outside sales, preferably in Medical Fields
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify business opportunities
• Proficiency in using software for managing client relationships
