Community Liaison - Lehigh County Phoebe Hospice | Full-Time Phoebe Hospice is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Community Liaison to join our growing team. What You'll Do Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and community partners Lead marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts Promote Phoebe Hospice services within the community and healthcare market Assist with strategic growth initiatives and market development Develop strategic partnerships for the growth and sustainability in the Lehigh Market. Utilize CRM to monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field required. Minimum of 3 years of pre-acute and post-acute healthcare marketing experience, hospice experience preferred.
