WHAT DOES A RESIDENT SERVICES SPECIALIST DO?

As a new Resident Services Specialist at the Housing Authority of the City of Easton, you can expect a dynamic and engaging work environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around providing assistance to residents, addressing their concerns, and facilitating access to resources and services that promote housing stability. You will also organize community events, workshops, and outreach programs to foster a supportive atmosphere. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, allowing for a consistent work-life balance.
