Certified Peer Specialist $25-$30

Certified Peer Specialist Pay:

$25-$30 per hour (based on experience and qualifications) A small but growing mental health agency is currently hiring Certified Peer Specialists in North Carolina. We are seeking individuals who must obtain their own clients to work with as a peer support specialist. Must be dedicated and professional individuals who are passionate about supporting others on their journey of recovery from mental health challenges or substance use disorders. We welcome both part-time and full-time applicants, and you may currently be working for another agency. As we continue to expand, we are actively hiring across multiple counties.

What We Offer:

Competitive pay: $25-$30 per hour (depending on experience and credentials) Contract Position (fee for services) Flexible work hours

Key Responsibilities:

Provide peer support to individuals recovering from mental health or substance use challenges Obtain your own clients Maintain a professional, dependable, and punctual presence Attend weekly virtual meetings (mandatory) and monthly in-person meetings Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor

Must be Certified as a Peer Support Specialist in North Carolina Minimum one year of stable recovery High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance CPR and First Aid certification required
