Housing Coordinator (HCV Caseworker)

White County, AR (Home Office Flexibility)

Starting Salary:

$30,000/year (Based on education/experience) About the Role We are looking for a dedicated Housing Coordinator to join our team in White County. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for the Housing Choice Voucher Rental Assistance Program , helping families secure safe, affordable housing while ensuring program compliance.

Key Responsibilities Case Management:

Process applications and verify eligibility for program participants.

Documentation:

Prepare and manage leasing documents and contracts.

Inspections:

Conduct on-site inspections of rental units to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.

Communication:

Act as a liaison between tenants and landlords to facilitate successful housing placements.

What You'll Need Technical Skills:

Strong computer proficiency and the ability to learn program-specific software.

Communication:

Excellent interpersonal skills for working with a diverse range of clients and property owners.

Mobility:
