Community Liaison
  • Hospice Job Overview Seeking a self-driven and compassionate Community Liaison to build relationships within the healthcare community and support hospice service growth. This role focuses on outreach, referrals, and patient-family engagement while representing hospice care services in the field. Compensation & Incentives Salary range: $65,000
  • $80,000 per year $10,000 sign-on bonus Uncapped commission Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospital staff, discharge planners, social workers, and care facilities Conduct regular outreach to strengthen referral networks Drive referral growth through consistent field visits and engagement activities Represent hospice services as a trusted community resource Lead initial conversations with patients and families regarding hospice care options Clearly explain services and support informed, compassionate decision-making Support census growth by increasing awareness and service preference in the community Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered Minimum 2 years of healthcare sales or marketing experience required Hospice or palliative care marketing experience strongly preferred Strong ability to build and maintain professional healthcare relationships Experience working with physicians, healthcare providers, and community organizations Clinical background is a plus Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance required Benefits Health, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off: 15 days
