At FirstLight Home Care, we're looking for a driven, community-minded sales professional who wants their work to mean something — where every referral you build translates directly into a family getting the care they need.

YOUR ROLE

As our Senior Community Liaison, you'll be the face of FirstLight in the community — building referral relationships, raising brand awareness, and connecting families with the compassionate home care services they need. Build and nurture relationships with referral sources: physicians, hospitals, senior living communities, and healthcare providers Attend BNI and Chamber of Commerce events to grow your referral network Visit local churches and community service organizations to connect with families and potential clients Create and execute a monthly and quarterly sales plan to hit revenue goals Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and community events to promote FirstLight's services Track all outreach and follow-ups in our CRM to guide your strategy Represent FirstLight at health fairs, community events, and industry gatherings

WHO YOU ARE 2-3

years of outside sales or business development experience, ideally in healthcare or senior living Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets A natural relationship-builder — comfortable from cold introductions to long-term partnerships Excellent communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills Self-motivated, organized, and driven to succeed Familiar with the senior care community (home care, assisted living, long-term care) — a plus Genuinely passionate about making a difference in people's lives
