We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and encouraging individuals to join our team as Youth Mentors . This is a non-clinical, educational-based mentoring position focused on helping youth build confidence, improve social skills, strengthen peer relationships, and succeed academically and personally. If you enjoy connecting with young people, being active in the community, and making a real impact — this could be the perfect fit for you. What You'll Do Build positive and supportive relationships with youth of all ages Encourage healthy communication, confidence, and social development Provide guidance in areas such as self-esteem, academics, life skills, and peer relationships Participate in community-based activities with youth Document mentoring sessions and maintain communication with supervisors Work collaboratively with our Youth Mentoring Coordinator for support and guidance What We're Looking For Someone who is patient, encouraging, and dependable Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for helping youth grow and succeed Ability to maintain professional boundaries while creating meaningful connections Comfortable working independently and in the community Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required College degree preferred Valid driver's license required Reliable transportation required Experience working with youth required Why Join Our Team?
