University Park Drive, Radford, VA Hourly Rate:

$15-20/hour (based on experience and education)

Schedule:

Full time 40 hours/week, schedule to include Saturdays Job duties/responsibilities: Provide lived experience expertise and interact with multi-disciplinary treatment team Maintain regular contact with referral sources as indicated Update on consumer's progress; participate in regularly scheduled treatment team meetings Prepare and conduct reviews with referral sources Medical record documentation and documentation of all client or peripheral contacts Provide transportation for clients to access community resources Emergency services duty on rotation that may include commitment procedures, after hour assessments, crisis planning, and hospital diversion Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience:

Required:

Certified Peer Specialist certificate

Preferred:

Associates degree within a professional Human Services discipline
