Job Description

Davis Stuart is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and reliable Youth Support Specialist to join our direct-care team in Lewisburg, WV. •
Daily Supervision:
Our Youth Support Specialist serve as positive supports to youth working through behavioral challenges and past trauma while maintaining a safe, structured environment. •
Team Collaboration:
Work alongside clinicians and case managers to consistently reinforce individual treatment plans. •
Documentation:
Maintain precise, objective daily logs, progress reports, and medication charts. •
Transportation:
Escort or transport residents to off-campus appointments or approved community outings using company vehicles. •
Crisis De-escalation:
Provide supportive, trauma-informed guidance to youth during high-stress situations. $10.44 - $11.07 per hour (Plus applicable shift differentials/built-in overtime)

$10.44 - $11.07 per hour
