Job Description
We specialize in the treatment of opioid addiction and are currently looking to add a new CIT to our counseling staff. The hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., with rotating Wednesdays, and some Saturdays from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. The successful applicant will have a desire to learn, be a "self-starter" who works well without direction, has the heart and passion to help others, be a good listener and be willing to treat our patients with kindness, respect and dignity. And, if you already have formal education or training in the behavioral health or addiction treatment fields, we hope you will consider applying for one of our credentialed counselor positions. We are not simply looking to "fill positions" or "hire workers". We are looking to add a compassionate individual to our small team who wants an opportunity to help others and make a real difference in their lives. Truly helping others in the throes of addiction is not easy work. And although this is an entry level counseling position, it affords endless opportunities for professional growth and development, the opportunity to work with a professional treatment team and the chance to be part of a solution to a local and national epidemic.
