We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) or LADAC to join our growing team in Pine Bluff. Free Clinical Supervision:
We provide the required supervision for your
LAC/LADAC
hours at no cost to you (saving you thousands of dollars per year).
Clinical Growth:
Gain hands-on experience with diverse diagnoses, assessment techniques, and group modalities under experienced leadership.
Impact:
Play a pivotal role in revitalizing addiction and mental health services in the Pine Bluff community. What You Will Do Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Facilitate dynamic group therapy sessions and conduct individual counseling. Manage a caseload of clients, tracking progress through the levels of care. Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in our EMR system (Medicaid compliant).
Who We Are Looking For Licensure:
Must hold a valid Arkansas license as an LAC (Licensed Associate Counselor)
OR LADAC
(Licensed Alcoholism & Drug Abuse Counselor).
Note:
Applications from fully licensed LPC, LCSW, or LMFT candidates are also welcome.
Education:
Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong documentation skills, ability to build rapport with clients, and a desire to learn.
