Job Description
We're looking for a compassionate, motivated Therapist to join the team at our Intensive Outpatient Program in South West Arkansas. In this role, you'll work with individuals actively seeking support for mental health and substance use challenges—helping them build stability, resilience, and long-term recovery. If you're passionate about making a difference and want to be part of a supportive, collaborative clinical team, we'd love to connect. Lived experience (personal or family) with substance use or recovery is highly valued. What We're Looking For Active Arkansas license: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, (or equivalent) Associate-level "licensed" clinicians: LAC, PLMSW, ACSW, or LAMFT are welcome to apply (must provide your own supervisor) Experience in mental health and/or substance use treatment Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and crisis intervention Comfortable with EMR/EHR systems and documentation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented with a client-first mindset Tech-savvy and adaptable in a fast-paced environment What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions Provide crisis intervention and emotional support when needed Coordinate care through case management and referrals Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care Support clients using evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, ABA principles, etc.) Why Join Us Consistent weekly schedule Supportive team culture with clinical collaboration Opportunity to work with motivated clients in recovery Meaningful, purpose-driven work where you see real progress
