Chemical Dependency Recovery Counselor

Job description Kaiser Permanente seeks a compassionate Chemical Dependency Recovery Counselor in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will provide individual and group counseling, conduct assessments, develop and monitor treatment plans, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team. You will deliver evidence-based interventions, educate patients and families about substance use disorders, and support relapse prevention. You'll document services accurately, adhere to ethical and legal standards, and contribute to program improvement within a supportive, collaborative clinical environment.
