- Position Summary
- The On‑Site EAP Counselor provides confidential, on‑site behavioral health support and consultation services to airline employees at Miami International Airport (MIA).
- Key Responsibilities
- + Responsible for provision of on-site consultation, counseling and informational services to Airline employees.
- Required Qualifications
- : + Current, unrestricted clinical license (one of the following): + LCSW + LMFT + Licensed Psychologist + Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) +
- 3 + years of direct clinical experience
- providing counseling and assessments. +
- 2 + years of experience
- in substance use assessment and treatment. + SAP certification (DOT) or willingness to obtain certification . + Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced, operational environment.
- Preferred Qualifications
- + Experience working as an On-Site EAP Counselor at a large company/organization within an EAP, Wellness, and/or medical setting +
Bilingual:
English/Spanish + Familiarity with work related issues and working with Unions + Expertise in workplace related stress within a corporate environment + Strong intercultural expertise, particularly in a corporate environment + Familiarity with workplace violence assessments, prevention and post incident recovery + Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) + Ability to work effectively as part of multi‐disciplinary team, working collaboratively with your on‐site resources + Work collaboratively with HR and management team on employee wellness initiatives + Strong teamwork and collaboration skills + Ability to deliver trainings to employees in an effective manner + Strong communication (written, verbal) and customer service skills + Strong organizational and documentation skills + Ability to respond to plan sponsor needs in a timely manner (email, in person, etc.)- Education
- Master's Degree within behavioral health

- 40 •Time Type•Full time •Pay Range•The typical pay range for this role is: $60,522.
