Starting at $55,000 annually, with higher starting pay considered based on education, licensure, and experience. Make an Impact Where It Matters Most IMPOWER is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to join The Grove , our residential treatment program serving adolescents facing substance use challenges. In this role, you'll provide evidence-based, trauma-informed counseling and treatment planning while helping young people build healthier futures. If you're passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of youth, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, group, and family therapy to adolescents. Maintain a clinical caseload and develop individualized treatment plans. Complete assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge documentation in accordance with DCF, AHCA, BHOS, and IMPOWER standards. Collaborate and communicate with families, residential staff, and interdisciplinary teams to support each youth's progress. Develop safety plans and coordinate discharge and transition planning. Participate in clinical supervision, staff meetings, and an on-call rotation as needed. Maintain accurate documentation, uphold confidentiality, and comply with all regulatory and agency requirements. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related human services field. Florida licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) preferred. Minimum one year of experience providing mental health and/or substance use counseling. Ability to successfully complete a Level II background screening, local law enforcement screening, and pre-employment drug screening.
