POSITION REQUIREMENT
The ideal candidate must have an undergraduate or graduate degree in a related field and must be a Georgia CADCII or preferably have an
LPC/LCSW
license. General Job Responsibilities Responsible for the on-going and day-to-day clinical aspects of the program and of the treatment for those patients admitted to the program. Amendable to maintaining a patient caseload. Complete intake packets, assessments, safety plans, ongoing treatment plans and discharges for all MAT patients. Reviews counselor charts for compliance measures as set forth by organization.
Other position requirements:
Ensure all clinic employees are properly licensed and /or certified for their specific job titles and duties. Ensures every aspect of the clinic is in full compliance with all Federal, State and local laws and regulations and Joint Commission guidelines. Ensure all employees follow all regulations and rules set forth by the clinic. Ensures that the clinic is always run in a safe and effective manner. Responsible for ensuring that each patient is being properly cared for according to Federal and State standards. Responsible for keeping employees updated on any changes to current laws and regulations the clinic currently follows. Report to the Program Manager on a regular basis about any progress of the clinic or changes that are made to the running of the clinic. Responsible for writing up any employee that violates any rules and regulations set forth by the clinic. Responsible for completing performance evaluations of staff as scheduled. Responsible for hiring clinical staff as needed and providing new employee orientation training Represent the Program at Methadone Coalition functions Responds to all regulatory inquiries in a timely fashion (DCH, SAMHSA, Joint Commission) Responsible for the supervision of counselors in training to include all Treatment Plans; Supervision of Group Counseling; and Supervision of Individual Counseling. Candidate must be able to work Monday-Friday 5:00 am-1:00 pm. Candidate MUST hold CADCII certification or be a Licensed counselor or Social Worker.
