Outpatient Therapist

About us We are a mental health agency providing care primarily to school aged children and their families. We value providing quality wrap around services to families and provide school based therapy. We have a close-knit supportive team, free supervision (licensure and play therapy), and flexible hours. We are a HRSA designated site for loan forgiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support and counseling to clients in an outpatient setting
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans
• Develop and implement individualized treatment goals and interventions
• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques in psychotherapy sessions
• Conduct crisis management and provide support during emergency situations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and ensure continuity of services
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust treatment plans as needed

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Behavioral Health or related field
• Valid license or certification as a therapist or counselor (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW)
• Experience working with children and adolescents preferred
• Strong knowledge of diagnostic evaluation and assessment tools
• Ability to address gender issues in counseling sessions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
