This is a full-time temporary position with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance and organizational needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. We are looking for a clinician who is passionate about patient care, clinical documentation, teamwork, and helping individuals build a strong foundation in recovery.   • Thursday, 9:00am
  • 5:00pm Responsibilities Provide individual, group, and family counseling services to patients in an inpatient treatment setting Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups focused on recovery, relapse prevention, coping skills, and emotional wellness Complete biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in a timely manner Collaborate with nursing, medical, case management, and clinical teams to coordinate patient care Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation Assist patients with developing healthy coping strategies and recovery goals Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews Support a safe, structured, and therapeutic treatment environment Maintain compliance with state regulations, Joint Commission standards, and company policies Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field required Massachusetts clinical license preferred (LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, LPC, or equivalent) Experience working in substance abuse treatment, behavioral health, or inpatient settings preferred Knowledge of co-occurring disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches preferred Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment Passion for helping individuals in recovery
