Full Job Description Job Summary:

The Addiction Counselor Supervisor will assist the Program Director in ensuring compliance with all matters of the client's charts and the training of newly hired counselors.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supervising clients and counselors during clinic operating hours
• Will be the primary supervisor for all Addiction Counselors
• Will supervise all activities directly involving service provided to clients by the counseling staff
• Responsible for responding to client crises and coordination of services both internally and externally
• Performs other duties as assigned by the

Program Director Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred) . Certified Supervised Counselor-Alcohol and Drug (CSC-AD)
• Experience with ICANotes
• Proficient in using Microsoft O365
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent leadership skills
